it’s easy to get paralysed. Don’t try to figure it all out in one go. Only do research on a “need to learn” basis.

Make your readers’ life as easy as possible. Include a reminder of what the newsletter is about, keep it short, include links so they can save the content to read it later. Your newsletter should be a source of value, not a burden

Tools don’t matter that much ... the highest impact action prospective newsletter writers can take is to… Just sit down and write their first newsletter.
