I'm beginning to think that that iterative exploration that learning through experimentation through doing doesn't really exist outside of academia. it's all about learning on your own and bringing that experience into what you're doing at work.
take a look at what everybody is reading everyone is reading and learning all on their own time taking notes absorbing information and then figuring out how to bring that into their work implement those ideas into their work. I think the same thing happens in architecture
so what does that look like architecturally? does that look like designing on my own? does that look like continuing Ed? is that sketching?
