Ok. I have a bunch of stuff on Pinterest I could show you. I was thinking about designing it like one of the houses at the outer banks, with bedrooms downstairs and the living area on the top floor so we would have a view of the lake. It would be harder to see from ground level, I think

I'm thinking 4 bedrooms. We saw one house we really liked but it was unfinished. 469.00 and still had no floors. Bathrooms were not finished etc. But it was beautiful! Not near the lake

It had the living area with a vaulted ceiling on the 2nd floor as well as one bedroom. One bedroom on the ground floor with a big 2nd living room and a bathroom and a bedroom upstairs on the back side of the house. Lots of decking
