Hey ZSolt, I've got a random audio mixing question that hopefully you may be able to answer
If I have a stereo audio mix of with a bunch of different parts all mixed together and then one audio track of a single isolated part that is in the mix. Is there a way to subtract just that isolated part from the mix? End result would be the mix without the isolated part
The devil is in the details for this kind of thing.
Does the isolated part have the exact same timing, down to the millisecond, with none of the silences cut out?
If yes, you might be able to subtract it from the mix by inverting its phase and playing it alongside the full mix, with usable results.
Again, very hit and miss depending on the files you're working with.
There might be a fancier ML based approach, the above is just ye olde digital signal processing. 😆
