I'm loving the new RoamAlphaAPI endpoints but I wish creating a block returned the new block's UID

Doing some more thinking about the future of the newsletter inside Roam Research. I could see a future platform where the RoamAlphaAPI automatically block references the newsletter into your daily page as well as sends an email formatted version to your inbox. This allows for connections to a central newsletter graph as well as making the blocks available for your own remixing and removal.

Custom RoamAlphaAPI queries

An alternate option would be to encode the query within custom JS (similar to what the RoamAlphaAPI calls do). I am against using that JS for one-off queries because of how ugly and complicated the block structure needs to be to accommodate it

By using selenium to log into roam you could then run arbitrary js and utilize the RoamAlphaAPI to intelligently import content
